Japan Post give 4 days as the target delivery time from Tokyo Prefecture to the UK - an "airmail letter" (an aerogramme - a special stamped piece of paper which you fold and seal) costs 90 yen, a standard size (between 14 and 23.5 cm long, 9 - 12 cm short side, up to 1 cm thick) 20 gram letter costs 110 yen, a non-standard 20 gram letter costs 260 yen.
