Affordable Digital camera at the range of Rs. 5000-Rs. 7000?

I researched a lot of websites for digital cameras review & price comparison but was not happy with the result & got completely confused. Nikon, Sony, Olympus, Cannon & Kodak Cameras are available in market which different price & quality. I am not able to decide which digital cameras to buy with min 7MP in between the price range of Rs. 5000 to Rs. 7000.
